Hi Truth Be KNown,
Do not throw the baby out with the bath water. Do you understand that phrase? Didn't you read the posts Sproutarian made about how he stopped his tooth decay by stopping fruit and going high into sprouts?

I have no plans on drinking urine and nobody has to, in order to learn Sproutarian's skills of sprouting and erudite learning of Brian Clement's and Ann Wigmore's teaching.
I am also a colon hydrotherapist and I like flushing toxins out, even using distilled water to get even more out, so I have my own views. My personal agenda is to get my body clean inside.
Please set aside your hyperfocus for a minute and take in the rare knowledge of sprouting that he has to share...so selflessly.

Truth Be Known, you were asking about dental health and to be honest, although I know herbs really well for teeth, Sproutarian has the raw diet down better than me. You will probably take for granted what I told you about the Nopal cactus, but you should try it. I just juiced a pound the other day and I could feel it in my teeth in just one day. The best time to take it is spring-fall. Did I mention DR. Christopher's tooth powder from the SChool of Natural healing in springville, utah? Once you get the ingredients, you could even make it yourself. That is just topical powder to pack tooth with at night or just to brush with.

Sometimes to get in all my calcium, I was taking in two ounces of poppy seed. Sproutarian rightly pointed out that one could get stoned if one does not wash it first and sprout it (the opium stuff is in the flower pod and sometimes it rubs off on seeds). i learned the hard way (but it's really mild and goes away rather quickly). He already has the experience. learn from it. But I did experience the benefit of the calcium. Anyway, that's why sesame is just more versatile for all times of the day, whereas poppy is best taken at night after work is over. Both are great sources of calcium

you studied "Cure Tooth Decay" by that meat eating man. He teaches about phytates and how they are bad for mineral absorption. Well, learn from sproutarian the protocols to minimize phytates in vegan diet: through sprouting and culturing.

Anyone can buy phytase enzymes and add to one's food. But it's pretty cool that Sproutarian is an expert at growing phytase via rye rejuvelac. Brian Clement doesn't teach that stuff anymore and just pushes enzymes. it's nice to learn the old school stuff to feel more connected to earth and less to a laboratory.

Lastly, TBK, the other important mineral for bones, not commonly found in greens is silica. Drinking horsetail tea or horsetail extract (with high silica content) is important to heal bones. Equisetum Arvensae...latin name. Juicing greens like kale is important for other bone building minerals.

Good luck on your teeth, try everything:
1) calcium rich green juice
2) nopal juice/smoothies
3) tooth powder (topical)
4) sprouted unhulled seseame yogurt (or poppy seed yogurt)
5) horsetail extract/tea
6) calcium rich foods, like amaranth
7) lastly the chinese herbs based on your constitution, if available in your area.
