Correct me if Im wrong BUT sugar is in fruit,
sugar is in breast milk, sugar runs your cells
and sugar is the main taste we crave each day.

Sugar is bad?


Sugar does not happen in nature in isolation like
refined processed sugar does. It comes in a
package with fiber and water and vitamins and

Sugar that has been isolated is like any other
nutrient that has been isolated. Like vitamin
pills. It becomes out of balance.

Most drugs have been taken from plants and have
been isolated.

Poppies become Opium

Heroin (like opium and morphine) is made from the
resin of poppy plants

Cocaine is benzoylmethyl ecgonine, a crystalline
alkaloid from the coca plant.

It is the PROCESSING of all of these PLANTS into
these refined substances and then consuming or
injecting them into the body that causes
