I do think we have a need for natural sources of
sodium and seaweed is a highly nutritious food.

The Japanese have one of the highest life
expectancies in the world and they eat lots of
seaweed. It's a vegetable for crying out loud.

That's another "error" I feel that needs to be
updated on NH and 801010.

Organic sodium is the number one alkaline mineral
that our bodies use to buffer acidity.

I found on an all fruit diet that I craved salt
like mad and that when I juice high sodium veggies
I don't get those cravings.

I also noticed that Michael Arnstein and Mark Tassi
got hypoadrenia from a low-salt intake so I think
it's something we need to rethink.
