I agree and disagree.

I agree that some nutrients may be missing from an
all fruit diet and that we need some nuts (walnuts,
chia, flax) and vegetables for Omega 3's and amino
acids.

That said, I don't think his diet is what CAUSED
his behavior. There are too many on a SAD diet with
the exact same upbringing that behaved the same
ways.

I think our food can affect our moods and emotions
yes, but our emotions and moods an also affect our
food choices.

Even still, even with a "perfect diet", diet does
not eliminate one's need to do the spiritual work
that comes from introspection and learning good
life and communication skills. It just doesn't work
that way.

Food is not the end all/be all of everything even
though it plays a very big role in supporting life.
