Yes Gina, like l said in the other post, enlightenment is recieved when one has prepared over many lifetimes and is ready, and there is no evidence that fasting or raw foods will bring on enlightenment. People will say they fasted and became enlightened, but l believe they were on the path to enlightenment anyway.

And yes, giving up attachments to everything including food is the key to keeping enlightenment strong. If we have attachments to everything we are easily distracted, but when you live a simple life you avoid the distractions much more and can focus more on the connection.

An important part of my philosophy on eating is to eat the plainest most unexciting tasting food possible, to eat without the addiction and stimulation. It doesn't have to be miserable to eat like that because the satisfactions comes with increased functioning. Taste buds do adjust and it becomes normal to eat that way.

Yes, meat eaters can be enlightened too, but the level of enlightenment they can reach will be limited until they can give up the practise. The higher intelligent consciousness is NOT going to give you access in advanced levels of cosmic areas until you stop intentionally contributing to murder. I have nothing against meat eaters because they are on a journey too and haven't yet realised the problems with eating meat nor how to live without it.

A controversial call = Many aspiring vegans try to live without meat and fail. Why? Is it just poor diet or is more going on? I personally think more is going on from my observation of vegans on poor diets who have stayed vegan for over a decade or more, but all these vegans are enlightened. For unenlightened vegans the failure rate is high. Unenlightened people who go vegan are at the beginning of the really great journey of partial realisation, but many may not have made the other adjustments in spirit to be able to sustain it so they will fail. But this experience is only preparation for future times when they will be vegan imo. I think the successful enlightened vegans are getting help, that's why the failure rate in veganism is almost unheard of amongst these people. Still, highly enlightened people can fail IF they get distracted.

All this is interesting stuff but l will have to button my lip now because in my experience very few people can relate to this type of stuff. It sounds like fairy tale stuff to most and it always brings negative force fields your way, but it is still good to occasionally talk about this because some people are ready to take the next step but are not sure how, but they see these types of messages because that was their destiny and they then are able to use tools available to complete that connection after eons of time of searching...it all comes into place finally (this only happens occasionally).
