I learned that trick from my skinny Kenyan friends. I would watch them
pour sugar into cups of black tea and some would just drink literally
sugar and water only the day before a marathon to be carbed up but
totally light digestion wise.

Also key point to remember is NEVER let your mouth get dry. If you
do, your saliva stops its protective role for your enamel health and you
increase dental issues. Its why so many fruitarians have issues as they
don't do anything when they have a dry mouth as they have met their
calorie quota for the day so just have a dry mouth for 18 hours till
their next meal or they drink unripe oj.

Sip on water day and night.

Eat a lb of raw almonds in a day. Try and train.
Eat a lb of sugar in a day. Try and train.

Raw is NOT law, unless you want a marketing catch phrase. ;)
