i live in malaysia and like you, i am all raw most of
the time consistently since 2003. even in the tropics
it can be a challenge sometimes for me, so i commend
you for doing it in tasmania australia.

i have bananas and lettuce almost everyday. along
with them i have whatever that is in season. right
now rambutan, dokong, duku-langsat, mangosteen and
durian are in season. just bought 20kgs of rambutan
earlier today. other vegetables that i include
regularly are celery, tomato, cucumber, luffa, katok,
purslane and stems of greens (kale, mustard green,

bananas are what help me stay raw. they are my staple
and my backup. i buy them by the bunches. when i
can't get them to ripen on time is when i run into
trouble. these occasions have been rare though.

mangoes are my favourite fruit and i have a mango
tree in my front yard. :-)
