I'm not Harley but I'd like to share with you what I
would recommend you do:

1) Buy an Exerspy (it's also called a BodyBug) that
reads EXACTLY how many calories you actually burn each
day. You'll find it varies according to your

2) Record how many calories you eat a day.

3) Create a deficit of 500 calories a day which will
burn a pound of fat a week.

This is the proven way to lose weight. You need to
create a sustainable calorie deficit until you reach
your goal weight in which you then just eat as many
calories as you burn.

Just my thoughts. I hope things work out for you.
