Subject:         Dr. Doug - Optimum weight loss

I'm so confused about the best workouts for losing weight. Steady state, interval, cardio, weights, fat burning zone for heartrate, aerobic, anaerobic... every website says something different. Since you work with so many athletes, I figured you probably know best. I'm 5'6" and about 65 pounds overweight by Dr. McDougall's ideal body weight chart standards, so fat loss is definitely my main goal. I think my bodyfat is around 34%, but if that's right my lean body mass is already above the ideal body weight for my height, which is also confusing. Any suggestions?
