I will. I read though in another post where someone asked which was faster - high fat, low carb or 811 for weight loss and you replied 811 stating that they would also have more energy.

What about my cravings for fat? Also, with moderate execise (20 minute fast past run 3x per week plus mini workouts throughout the week) how many calories in fruit and greens should I be consuming to balance cravings and lose weight?
