For someone whose focus is not flexibility. Do you think the 811rv helps with that? I just asked because I was wondering if you were extremely flexible and that is why you were not impressed with Bikrams. You said a person can be so flexible as to not get much benefit from Bikram. However, the Bikram poses all have very advanced variants to them. So I dunno about that. A person would have to be REALLY, REALLY flexible. Like an advanced contortionist ballet dancer could probably just breeze through all of the advanced forms of bikram poses. So I guess you are right about that.
