I have limited experience with Bikram, having taken only a few classes, and having discussed Bikram with only perhaps 15-20 different yoga instructors. I do not know how to subjectively evaluate my flexibility in a way that would be meaningful for you. Do you have a gauge or system or unit of measurement that you would like me to use? Flexibility certainly isn't the focus of my fitness activities. My backbend is very poor, and needs attention. My splits are weak; I can only go between 120-150 degrees. I can palm the floor, easily. My shoulder flexibility I would rate as average, and my ability to twist is fair. My neck ROM is poor, due to a serious accident 40 years ago. May I ask why this is of any interest to you? Come to Health and Fitness Week, and you can determine how I am doing for yourself.
