Hi Karl,

Sometimes Bikrams may be more challenging just because of the shear heat. I like the variety of postures and variety of classes at the place in Diamond Bar. He has a Relaxation yoga,Flow yoga with music, Tradional Hatha yoga(similar to Bikrams),and Hatha yoga Strengh and stretching (advance) .

I believe Bikram lead me to 811 because I saw that I was not advancing as would like to have had . So I began to research how food affects your body. I read a article by this young lady who says raw food and yoga has a strong correlation . She mention when we eat raw foods our bodies become more alkaline. So they become more flexible . Cooked food = acidic = stiff body. So I began to experiment with raw foods and began to do some searching on the internet and found 811. Before 811 I was strongly influence by Norman Walker,Jay Kordich, Gerson , Malkmus, ETC.

Right now I go to L.A. downtown central market and buy tons of fruit . I think I eat about twenty pounds of fruit a day. I have know Idea . I really don`t like counting calories. I run about 10 miles a day and do one class of yoga in the evening. I have so much energy that I have to keep busy.. On Friday I bought 40 pounds of grapes . I get them for about $0.75 cent a pound. I also bought mangoes from brazil. 80 pounds of Valecia oranges from my local farmers market at 0.50 cents a pound. Killer organic tomatoes for $1.00 a pound. Beautiful red a yellow organic bell peppers for $.50 each. I`m a red pepper freak right now. Don`t know why just love them.
Traders Joes is to expensive. H Mart ( a local Asian market has bananas for $0.39 cents a pound.
