You don't live to far from where I live, in North Whittier, about where the 605 and the 60 freeways meet. I used to do Bikrams in Fullerton. I've heard about that Diamond Bar place. So it's more challenging then Bikrams? How did Bikram lead you to 811? I eat high fruit but I can rarely get enough of it to do 811. I go to Trader Joes for the bananas.
