I just go straight to 'messages of the day' instead of following threads, and realized after I posted my message to first response that reason u posted twice under 2 different titles was for reason to make more visible for those not following thread, so ok then, then that is your reason for postin message twice, hence same reason I am repostin my message up higher here on messages of the day for those who don't follow threads nor click in to 'messages of the day'

nevertheless, I do believe that the high heat and humidity makes one burn much much more calories hence reason for my weight/fat loss as I don't know how else to explain it when I used to eat healthy version of SAD with same amount of weight loss and fat as now and when practicing it vs. times I worked out lots in gym eating same way and did not have same fat and weight loss then. Feels like to me that I squeezed out all the fat with the heat and stretching lol : ) series also made my stretch marks from when I was pregnant twice disappear whereas all other exercises did not. I've just gotton so much much more benefits in every kind of way possibly from regularly practicing this bikram series, that I hold it as 'Gold' 'Head and Shoulders' 'the Rolls Royce' above all other workouts even though I do do other workouts.

now...
do u or do u not agree though that:
1.) it raises your heartbeat/rate thus has a pretty good cardio effect to one?
2.) it makes one more limber and flexible
3.) it strengthens & lengthens muscles
4.) overall series of postures done in heat is a unique workout compared to other workouts
5.) replaces a chiropractor adjustment 10fold

You still haven't said much in the way of all the different positives about it to me

Wonderin' here why u felt u needed to repeat your message 2 different times under different titles on this site also... in my opinion, when one needs to repeat themselves like that, it is a sign of anger
posting same message just once would have been sufficient enough
