I have moved this message up, in order to get it better visibility. I would ask
anyone reading it to review the thread below from a few days back, basically
between Heidi and myself, on the physiological effects of heat relating to fat
losses. Feel free to comment here.

I have NEVER come out against Bikram, Heidi. I believe you read in something
that wasn't in my reply at all. I didn't argue about Bikram. What I responded to
were various statements that you made about human physiology and external
heat and the relationship of these two to fat loss. There was no discussion of
Bikram, hence no anger expressed about Bikram, no attack. I believe perhaps
that you are so used to defending Bikram that you feel you need to do so even
here. You don't need to defend it, because no one is attacking it. If it makes you
happy to do Bikram, fine. I have mentioned this to you many times in the past. I
have also said that Bikram, on its own, is not enough to be considered a
"comprehensive" fitness program. But you will get better at Bikram from
practicing Bikram, that's a certainty.

I am curious, if ANYONE else reads this thread, would you please comment on
whether you believe you read anger in my post, or calm support of Heidi while
discussing the facts.

Thanks.
