OHIO has had a serious problem with scrapie for YEARS!

DOES anyone have any ideas as to why, IF TSE occur spontaneously (as some
would wish us to believe),
why they spontaneously happen more often in OHIO than any other state, in
regards to scrapie ???

what is the reason for this phenonimum $
