Hello
I have been vegan for a few years and feel in great shape.
My diet is a healthy and balanced vegan diet and I also consume some flaxseed oil.
I am now trying to get pregnant for the second time - and my doctor who is not familiar with vegan diets - was concerned about my low cholesterol level of 110 and said that it may lead to infertility.
For my daugther who is almost 3, I became pregnant straight away, but I was still eating some eggs. And now we have been trying to conceive for 5 months. Do you think there is any concern? I also read that low cholesterol can lead to premature birth. What do you think? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Many thanks for your input.

Caroline
