I'm a little worried because my sister just had a baby and she's having some problems with her milk supply. She says she expresses milk several times a day and it only adds up to about a third of what the baby needs. A few days after birth (or maybe it was a week?), the baby was getting dehydrated and the doctor prescribed a formula supplement - which the baby is drinking through a tube attached to the breast. My sister says she still wants to breastfeed exclusively, but she seems to feel it's impossible. Do you have any advice? She lives near Montreal. Thanks.
