Camy,
GV should only be used one time per day for three days. Pain and
even the secondary Raynaud's that sometimes develops with thrush
can inhibit oxytocin. Is the thrush clearing up? Do you have nipple
blanching? Is the baby feeding any differently--babies will often fuss
and be quite inefficient when they have thrush. If you sense this is
temporary due to the infection, I would not be terribly concerned, but
would treat the trush diligently and use Rescue Remedy at the
beginning of the feed to assist the milk ejection reflex.
