Subject:	Jen...an urgent ? about nursing adoptive baby

Jen,
This is crazy timing (due to our recent miscarriage) but, a situation has come up to adopt a baby. We were pursuing him because his due date was March 29 -- we had time to get allpapers ready. But, he came 6 weeks early! The paperwork is being expidited and we are basically matched -- just w/o finished paperwork. He will stay 3 more weeks in hospital.

I think that due to my recent early miscarriage --- I could re-lactate easier than before. (I still could express beads of milk from the twins nursing.) I have 3 weeks to start building a milk supply before we pick him up. Would you just start on the "big guns" and go for domperidone right away? Or would you start w/ fenugreek -- I can't remember how much of it to take as a galactagouge (sp).
