These does not sound like typical thrush symptoms. You do mention
any burning or itching. Can you have someone who knows how to
distinguish between eczema, ringworm and psoriasis which are all
possibilities? It could also be an allergy to something your three yr
old is ingesting (that the baby isn't). I have known of moms having
contact dermatitis from the toothpaste the child brushed with. You
can see photos of ringworm below. Often a family doc is fmailoiar
with these rashes, but you may need to se a dermatologist. Eitehr
way, there are usually natural ways to treat.
