I don't know if you mean novels or curriculum. I am assuming novels. My daughter will graduate this year, and we love to read! My faves in best first order:

Robinson Crusoe by Defoe
The Hiding Place (also,Diary of Anne Frank for high school to learn about Holocaust)
The Witch of Blackbird Pond by E. G. Speare to teach about prejudice
Swiss Family Robinson
Sign of the Beaver
Anne of Greene Gables and series
Little Women
My Side of the Mountain
Johnny Tremain (some cursing, but very good for teaching the Revolutionary War)
