Subject:         Depression and sleep deprivation

I have read an article on Dr. Mcdougall newsletter which claims that a good therapy for depression is to cut the sleeping time. The reason seems to be that oversleeping is depressant and that sleeping a lot depletes serotonin.

Did you have success (if you tried it) with this technique?
