I also was ripped off by Lucy Lucinda Lewis for the same SOS program in July I payed through paypal and have not received anything but a lot of excuses and promises to refund my money. I paid her an extra $5 to insure the material and be able to track it. She never mailed it out. Paypal has found in my favor and I wont' hold my breath for a refund.
