I have the following in vgc (unless noted otherwise) from a non-smoking home. Prices are ppd. in lower 48 and insurance is extra at your discretion. I have had pkgs. get lost via the USPS over the years so you might want to consider it. Many prices are as low as I can make them and still cover packaging and postage.
