Every agency will give you some information, and you should decide ahead of time what your answers will be to different situations: older, drugs, FAS, sibling groups, infants... then when they do call you can ask questions and decide based on what you and hubby have figured is best for your family. As far as infants, if you are really interested in adopting an infant (and we have fostered and adopted infants and older) then wait for one. There is a real benifit to being there from the begining. Atachment will not be an issue like it can with olders. Ask if the child is the first to be removed, or is a few removeals down the list. Parents who have never had a child removed before have a greater chance of reunification than a parent who has had several children removed. There are no certainties but this acn be a great process for you and the child. Blessings Hope
