It's called Finding Ultra: Rejecting Middle Age, Becoming One of the World's Fittest Men, and Discovering Myself.
It's by a guy named Rich Roll, who at age 40 found himself out of shape and 50 pounds overweight, unable to climb a flight of stairs.
As you might guess, given that this is the newsletter for a website promoting plant-based diets, Rich got his health back by cutting out all processed foods and powering himself exclusively with plants.
But that isn't the most interesting thing in the book by a long shot.
This book is a daring memoir about a driven man, who aimed that drive toward recreating life and recapturing his health.
