Dear VegSource Reader,
At VegSource, we pretty much eat basic food, mostly as grown, minimally processed. The healthiest way possible.
But just because you're eating simple food doesn't mean you can't make it look magnificent!
In fact, you can make it look pretty darned "gourmet" in just a couple minutes, thanks to a nifty new device a friend of ours, Sarah Taylor, invented.
It's called the Stackable Gourmet and we're helping Sarah get the word out.
Check the photo below to see the concept, and if you're interested to know more or pick one up, you can get that info here:
It's very easy to use, even on leftovers. Just put an ingredient on the bottom layer, tamp it down, and repeat with different foods on different layers.
Once you have your layers done, remove the mold, and presto! Time for a little elegance at the dinner table! :)
Try it out, and send us a photo of your masterpiece to post!

The result is a new book entitled "Food Over Medicine: The Conversation That Could Save Your Life."
Aptly titled, this book is chock full of information about diet, disease prevention, and the state of our medical system.
