Subject:	dog has runny nose

My 1yo dog has been in good health since I adopted him in November other than having itchy skin which has improved greatly. Last night I noticed him sneeze some clear fluid and this morning noticed that sheet was damp from where his head had been laying. He looks normal and no other symptoms. No recent shots or anything different happening except went to a dog park last week where i hope he didn't pick up anything. I called vet and they said to keep an eye on him but just hoping for some input as I am worried. thanks
